Technical Pre-Sales Consultant

Resonate is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to work at the heart of our sales process. This role encompasses meeting with prospects to understand their needs and goals, conducting sales presentations and demonstrating our products to both business and technical audiences. Some opportunities require tailored demonstrations and this role includes developing, or working with other consultants to create, demonstrations or proofs of concept that excite and engage prospects. Our customer base is global, so your location is flexible and most customer meetings can be conducted via phone and web. Experience of Open Text Content Server (aka Livelink) and Resonate products is a distinct advantage.

Senior Commercial and Operations Manager

Resonate is seeking a senior manager who will be responsible for running Resonate's business operations and assisting the directors with shaping company strategy. This wide ranging role will include negotiating agreements with customers, suppliers and partners; managing sales channels including relationships with referrers and resellers; overseeing royalty collection and negotiating resolutions to disputes; managing Resonate's legal risks by consulting with our legal team and directing the implementation of projects to improve internal operations such as the implementation of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in either general management, finance or law with experience and a desire for a broad management role in a very entrepreneurial company. Experience of working in a software company or another technical field will be a major advantage.

Consulting Practice Manager

This is an opportunity to run Resonate's consulting practice, managing every aspect of the practice from winning customer business to managing delivery. The ideal candidate will have years of experience in the Livelink consulting area preferably including some business consulting. They will have excellent project and people management skills and be comfortable negotiating agreements with customers and our consulting partners. This role will also involve supporting sales by managing technical pre-sales engagements for customer trials or proof of concept projects. This role is also suitable for people with a background as senior business or technical consultants who are seeking a new challenge in managing a consulting business.

Quality Assurance Engineer

Working as part of Resonate KT's development team, the succesful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing test plans across our product portfolio. Good communication and problem solving skills are a must, and previous experience with Open Text's Content Server (aka Livelink™ Enterprise Server) is highly desired.

Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a new member to join our growing customer support team. Do you have previous customer support experience in a technical environment, a strong understanding of web-development and excellent problem solving skills? Then why not contact us.
