Resonate KT Ltd ("Resonate KT") is committed to protecting your personal information. This statement explains our practices for this website.

When using Resonate KT's website and/or services and/or products provided on the Site, you may provide us with personally identifiable information ("PII"). Resonate KT asks for and maintains the personally identifiable information of its visitors and customers to provide a better, more personal experience on the Site and to deliver certain services or information to you. Resonate KT and its affiliates form a global organisation, with business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders. This Privacy Statement applies to all Resonate KT-owned websites and domains (the "Site").

Collection of Personal Information

We gather personal information that we need to know when you ask us to do something for you. For example, if you ask us to send you a newsletter, we need to know and store your email address. We will always ask for your permission and tell you how we're going to use your personal information first. You can always choose not to provide it.

Cookies

Resonate KT employs cookies in order for its server to recognise a return visitor as a unique user. Cookies are small text files placed in the 'Cookies' folder on a visitor's hard disk and allow Resonate KT to remember the visitor. The cookies placed by the Resonate KT server are readable only by Resonate KT, and cookies cannot access, read or modify any other data on a computer. All web-browsers offer the option to refuse any cookie. If a visitor refuses the Resonate KT cookie, Resonate KT does not gather any information on that visitor, but doing so will require you to re-enter certain information at each visit, or prevent us from customising the site's features according to your preferences. You may also delete a cookie manually from your hard drive. Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information. We do link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.

Web Beacons

Some Resonate KT and customer hosted websites may also use "Web beacon" technologies. When a visitor accesses pages on the Resonate KT or a customer's website with a Web beacon, an anonymous notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by us or by our vendors. These Web beacons work in conjunction with cookies to let us know what portions of our Site are of interest to our visitors and to help us provide you with tailored information from our website. If you turn off cookies, Web beacon technologies will still detect anonymous visits, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other anonymous information or personally-identifiable information and are disregarded.

Information Gathered

Resonate KT's Site will gather information such as what kind of browser visitors are on, what operating system they are using, their IP address, cookie information, time stamp (time page accessed as well as time spent per web page) and their clickstream information (for example, which pages they have viewed and how long they have been there). Note that information is only gathered while the visitor is on the Site. Resonate KT monitors how a visitor arrives at the Site, but cannot and will not gather information about other third party sites the user has visited. Resonate KT automatically receives and records such information on our server logs from your browser.

In certain sections of the Site, Resonate KT may invite you to contact us to pose questions, request information, or complete a registration form. We may ask for Personally Identifiable Information to be entered as a means of registration before accessing a certain part of the Site.

"Personally Identifiable Information" means any information that identifies you personally, including, without limitation, your name, e-mail address, password, login ID and other contact information that you voluntarily submit to us. Resonate KT uses your Personally Identifiable Information to register you to use Resonate KT's services, contact you to deliver certain services or information you have requested, verify your authority to enter into certain areas of the Site, improve the content and general administration of the Site and our services, provide you with notices regarding our services, and provide visitors with updates and information about Resonate KT and its services.

Newsletters

If you wish to subscribe to our electronic newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Receiving our newsletter is required as part of the service that we offer to customers under maintenance and members of our Knowledge Base. We will send you support announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. Customer Service

Based upon the Personally Identifiable Information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. As we continue to develop our business, we may sell or purchase assets. (We charge £10 for information requests and will require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved photographic identification.) We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files.

Children's Privacy

As a business services provider, Resonate KT does not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 16. Our Site is not targeted toward children under 16, nor is it designed to solicit information from children under 16. Resonate KT Customers

Resonate KT's services are developed for the use of third party customers. Resonate KT requires that all customers using Resonate KT services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Resonate KT's services. Resonate KT disclaims all responsibility if a customer chooses to use the Resonate KT services to engage in unethical or illegal activities. If a customer is found to have engaged in unethical or illegal activities or found to be in material breach of any Resonate KT agreement, Resonate KT will suspend the customer's services immediately and/or may report such activities to the proper authorities.

Security

Resonate KT employs reasonable procedural and technological measures, consistent with standard industry practices, that are designed to help protect your Personally Identifiable Information from loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
