To request your customer login if you do not have one or need it refreshing, please email stating your name, company name and contact details including a phone number.  Customers who purchased Resonate KT products through Open Text are also eligible for a login.

If you have a support request please email the support team at . On average 80% of requests receive a response with 4 working hours and the remainder within a day. Please always include the following information:

  • Your contact details and company name.
  • Version of Livelink in use
  • Products installed (e.g. WebReports, LiveReport Extensions, etc)
  • Version number of products installed
  • ID of any product patch applied (e.g. WebReports patch)
Its worth knowing that the majority of support requests are resolved in one of the following ways:
  • Application of most recent patch or upgrade to the latest version of the product  (most of new product versions support older versions of Livelink)
  • Removal of an old patch following an upgrade of the product.
