Resonate KT develops and delivers Livelink ECM - WebReports training for end users, administrators, developers and consultants.   WebReports allows report and application developers to leverage common technical skills such as HTML, JavaScript and XML.  However, a tailored training course will greatly accelerate productivity and reduce development times. Our courses explore best practices and common techniques to get the most from our products.  We show how to tackle a range of previously difficult problems using simple yet powerful WebReports features.  The manuals for both courses are available in a downloadable PDF at no cost and are high quality manuals with sufficient detail to support self paced learning (note: some exercises require instructor set up which is not described).  However for the maximum benefit, we recommend instructor led training.

Courses
WebReports Design I – 1 day. This is an introduction to WebReports and suits a broad audience including power users, developers and administrators. All delegates receive a detailed and comprehensive training manual -  which is available, below, as a free download in PDF format.

Advanced WebReports Workshop – 1 day. This advanced workshop is suitable for technical staff such as application or report developers.  It is packed with techniques, examples, exercises and a highly detailed companion manual for later reference.  You can download the manual for this course by registering with Resonate KT. WebReports Design I is a pre-requisite for this course.
