WebReports Extensions for Workflow integrates WebReports powerful reporting and presentation capabilities into Livelink's workflow engine. Workflow steps can now be completely re-skinned and reports can be viewed and executed without ever leaving the workflow assignment you are working on.

With the power of Resonate KT's renowned WebReports product at its core, WebReports Extensions for Workflow enables your business to generate and interact with report data directly within workflow assignments. Reports can be presented within their own tab as part of any workflow package. Any data generated within the scope of the workflow is automatically captured and stored along with the rest of the workflow, ensuring that scope and integrity are maintained.

Presenting a more usable workflow experience

Interacting with Livelink workflows has never been one of the most intuitive experiences and rolling out complex processes to inexperienced users can be a time-consuming task. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, Workflow Extensions enables workflow administrators to generate an experience more closely aligned to the needs of the business users. WebReports steps allow customised views to be created which present only the information and actions a user needs to perform their task.

Integrate and automate

WebReports Extensions for Workflow allows report developers to integrate data-sources outside of the Livelink Enterprise Server directly into a workflow. Using the various data sources provided by WebReports, information can be quickly and accurately passed in and out of workflow processes as required. In addition, by automating WebReports workflow steps, data can be checked, decisions made, and actions taken (eg. moving, deleting or copying documents) without the need for manual intervention.
