WebReports is one of the fastest selling optional modules for Livelink™ Enterprise Server. Its success is due to its ability to deliver compelling, tailored business solutions with low ongoing maintenance costs that are tightly integrated to Livelink Enterprise Server.

WebReports, through its simple tag based paradigm, enables the creation of applications, reports and dashboards inside Livelink Enterprise Server without Oscript customization to LES itself. Capable of retrieving data from search queries, database queries, documents and many other sources, WebReports can process, format and deliver content to Web applications, documents and email on demand or to an automated schedule.

WebReports ships with LiveReport Extensions at no extra cost to provide the option of a powerful and secure native SQL query engine that can serve as a data source for WebReports.

Small footprint, tightly integrated

Installing and using WebReports is quick and easy because it is purely a Livelink Enterprise Server module. There are no additional servers to install and configure, nor are there complex and costly data modeling exercises required. As a native module dedicated to Livelink Enterprise Server (and no other competing system) WebReports is extremely tightly integrated to LES offering a vast array of high value extensions to Livelink Enterprise Server workflow, forms, customviews, document management and records management.

Because WebReports is native to Livelink Enterprise Server it is fully secure unlike most other reporting tools that connect directly to the Livelink Enterprise Server database. WebReports respects Livelink Enterprise Server permissions and privileges and provides extremely granular permission checking capability.
